TERMS, CONDITIONS, LIMITATIONS AND DEFFINITIONS

1. Warranty is effective for two years from the date of completion on stucco installation and materials used. Stucco system including standard application of, Base coat, Mesh and Finish coat.
2. Sky Stucco Services warrants product and service for 2 year effective date of completion and signed warranty.
3. Warranty will become null and void if there is evidence of any tampering to finished product. This includes miss treatment and improper care. Examples of this are over watering, holes and or damages made to stucco surface.
   Note: You must have all gutters, windows and or openings properly sealed. Any drainage must be away from stucco surface.
4. This warranty will become null and void if any persons other than Sky Stucco Services make any repairs or adjustments to stucco surface. This insures the limitation to any future claims.
   Note: If damage does occur not to the fault of Sky Stucco Services, we must be consulted before making repairs to keep warranty valid. And any damages must be fixed immediately to lessen future costs on repair.

This warranty becomes effective when signed by both parties involved. When stucco application is complete and payment has been made in full.

If there are any future legitimate claims against warranty provided within the time that warranty is valid, Sky Stucco Services has 30 days to respond to claim and schedule appropriate action accordingly.

Examples of this are: areas lifting from applied surface or color pealing.

By signing this document all parties assure that the above conditions and terms are understood and accepted. It is also understood that the stucco applied meets the expectations of parties involved.
