Welcome our stucco friends. We know you enjoy quality stucco and so do we.

Do you just want to change the colour and make some repairs?

• If your wall is in perfect condition, with no cracks, bubbles, pealing... et cetera, then we can save almost?1/2 the cost because we don't have to worry about wall being smooth or being in good shape.

90% of the time your wall in bad shape, with cracks, bubbles, pealing...

1. In that case we just leave the existing stucco on the wall after scraping off the loose stucco.
2. We permanently attach the Styrofoam or cement board over the wall

Installation Process:

1. Styrofoam

• Once the water barrier is in place, we permanently attach the styrofoan onto the wall.
• 1" - 5" Styrofoam is available, the benefit is a higher insulation (R-Value), and more energy savings.
• Alternatives:
• Cement board is an option, but it's more expensive because it's more labour intensive. It doesn't offer the same insulation benefits as Styrofoam.
• Wire mesh (not common anymore): we can still work with this system but it doesn't last as long as Styrofoam or cement board will. But it's slightly less money.
  
2. Level the walls
• This process is done by hand. We cover every inch of your wall to make sure your walls are even.
  
3. Crack Prevention:
• The most important part of the process is the correct application of the base coat and mesh on top of the Styrofoam (or cement board)
• The base coat is mixed and plastered to the wall.
• Then we add a flexible stucco mesh over top of the base coat. This is done to give the wall flexibility. Allowing the wall to expand and contract as the weather changes (from winter to summer).
  
4. Finish Coat (colour)
• The final step is applying the finish coat which we mix whatever colour you choose.

• You choose the texture
• We mix and apply to create the desired finish.
